Terms and refunds
DRAFT. Have this reviewed by a solicitor or a legal template service before you take payments. Fill in every [bracket].
1. Who we are
ML Performance Coaching is run by Maor Lilov [registered business name, legal form and registered or trading address]. Email: [email protected]. [Company number and VAT number if you have them.]
2. What we sell
- PDF programmes. A digital training plan delivered as a PDF after payment, for your personal use. A discount applies when you buy all five at once, shown at checkout.
- Ready-to-go plans (BridgeAthletic). A plan written by Maor and delivered through the BridgeAthletic app, billed monthly with a minimum term of 3 months.
- Online coaching. A fully individualised service, billed monthly with a minimum term of 6 months, described in section 6.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
3. Your health and safety
- Everything we provide is general training guidance. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy or a diagnosis.
- Exercise carries a risk of injury. Before you start, speak to a doctor or other healthcare professional if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or are unsure whether you are fit to exercise.
- Be honest in the onboarding form. Stop exercising and seek advice if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual breathlessness.
- You are responsible for training within your own limits and for using equipment safely. [Solicitor to confirm the wording of any liability exclusions.]
4. PDF programmes: delivery, guarantee and cancellation
- We email a download link after payment. If you have not received it within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If a PDF programme is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
- The programmes are our copyright. You may keep a copy for yourself and print it. You may not share, resell or publish it.
5. Ready-to-go plans
- Billed monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently £80 a month) with a minimum term of 3 months. After that it continues monthly until you cancel.
- To cancel after the minimum term, give [notice period, for example 14 days] written notice before your next billing date.
- Access is provided through BridgeAthletic, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. [Add link.] We are not responsible for outages of that service.
- Right to cancel. You may cancel within 14 days of signing up and ask for a refund, unless you asked us to start straight away. If you asked us to start straight away and cancel within 14 days, you pay for the days already provided. [Solicitor to confirm.]
6. Online coaching
- Fully individualised programme. It begins with a first 1-1 session for movement screening and a testing battery.
- Includes one in-person 1-1 session each month, an online check-in every two weeks, and answers to your questions daily between 09:00 and 17:00 [confirm days]. In-person sessions take place in London at a location agreed with you. [Rescheduling and missed-session rules.]
- Billed monthly at the price agreed when your application is accepted (currently £250 a month) with a minimum term of 6 months, then monthly until you cancel on [notice period] written notice before your next billing date.
- Right to cancel. As for ready-to-go plans in section 5. [Solicitor to confirm.]
- Coaching places are limited and we may decline an application. We may end coaching if you are abusive or give inaccurate health information that makes training unsafe. [Refund rules.]
7. Who can sign up
You must be 18 or over, or have the written consent of a parent or guardian, who must also accept these terms. [Confirm your policy for under-18s, including safeguarding and any DBS check.]
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, [solicitor to complete the limitation of liability]. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email us and we will reply within [5] working days. If we cannot resolve it, you may use an alternative dispute resolution provider. [Name a provider if you join one.]
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that covers your purchase. The laws of England and Wales apply, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
